Sungrip is the fastest and safest solution for installing solar panels.
High quality materials
Structure
Made with high quality materials. Structure in blend of polystyrene and polyethylene and anodized aluminum guides with counterplate and clamps of increased thickness that ensure high impact resistance even at low temperatures. Anodized aluminum guides with counterplate, of increased thickness.
Resistance
High impact resistance even at low temperatures.
Softening temperature Vcat 99° C
Excellent resistance to chemical agents
Flammability index UL HB.
The resistance to impacts, low and high temperatures, make it particularly suitable for field use.
Optimized design
10° tilt angle suitable for flat or slightly angled surfaces.
Minimum distance between rows of 700 mm
Shading angle less than 12°
Dimensions and transport logistics
1100×500 mm and weight of 4.25 kg. The bases are stackable even with the clamps installed. A 200 cm high Europallet transports bases for installing 40 kW of solar panels.
Easy and ultra-fast installation
There are no separate components, each base is complete with all the elements for installation.
Installation can be done by two people using only a 6 mm hex key.
No training required.
Fixing to the ground
Fixing to the ground is done using concrete ballast or sand/earth bags or pegs.
For permanent installations, nuts and bolts embedded in concrete are inserted into the four ends of the base.
Extreme flexibility
The solar panels can have 30 or 40 mm aluminum frames and can be of the most varied sizes.
Configurations can be created starting from a single solar panel.
Recyclable
Once the guides are separated from the base, the base is entirely recyclable.[1]
SUNGRIP is the ideal choice for a quick, easy and flexible solar installation, combining efficiency and sustainability in an innovative solution.
